Atty. Earl Masacayan has over ten years of expertise in labor law and immigration law, including advising on migration to New Zealand. He specializes in providing comprehensive guidance on student mentoring and student visa applications and supporting clients’ educational and career aspirations abroad.

He completed his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science in De La Salle University Manila and Juris Doctor from the University of Santo Tomas. He also completed his Master of Laws and Doctor of Business Administration from Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila.

His practical and principled approach integrates a deep understanding of student admission and academic excellence to deliver solutions tailored to the unique challenges of international migration and student placement.

Dr. Masacayan serves as Associate Dean of the Philippine Law School, where he leads curriculum initiatives and guides aspiring lawyers in their academic formation. He has taught at Philippine Law School, De La Salle Lipa, Philippine Christian University, and the Polytechnic University of the Philippines, covering both Juris Doctor and Master of Laws levels. Additionally, in business education, he teaches from undergraduate to doctoral levels at Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila and Emilio Aguinaldo College.

He speaks fluent English and Tagalog.
