Our approach
Careful, in the right order, and honest about what we can and cannot do.
A visa application or a move to study is a sequence of decisions. These are the principles we work by, whatever the service.
Listen first
We start with where you are, where you want to be, and when. For students, that includes where the course should lead.
Explain plainly
You hear the requirements that apply to you in plain language, including the parts that are difficult.
Agree in writing
If you decide to go ahead with immigration advice, the Code of Conduct that licensed advisers work under requires a written agreement setting out the services and the fees. You know what you are agreeing to before the work starts.
Check for consistency
An application is read as a whole. Before it goes in, we check that what each document says agrees with the others.
Never promise an outcome
Every decision belongs to Immigration New Zealand or the institution. We explain what an application needs to show; we never promise what it will get.
Plan beyond the visa
A course, a visa and an arrival are one plan, not three. That is why mentorship and settling-in support sit alongside the advice.
