Privacy notice
How we handle the information you send us through this website. We follow the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry through our form, we collect:
- your name and email address
- your phone or WhatsApp number, if you choose to give it
- where you are living now and the service you are asking about, if you choose to say
- your message
- the internet (IP) address your enquiry came from. It is stored with your enquiry and used to limit repeated submissions, not to identify or track you
Please do not send passport numbers, copies of documents or health information through the form. If we work together, we will arrange a secure way to share documents.
Why we collect it
To reply to your enquiry and, if you go on to work with us, to provide the services you ask for. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.
Who processes it for us
Our website is built and hosted for us by Nimble Dingo. Enquiries are stored in a database run by Supabase and delivered to our team by email through Resend. Nimble Dingo also receives a copy of each enquiry, so they can check the form is working and support us. The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a submission comes from a person rather than an automated program. These providers process the information only to run these services for us.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not use tracking cookies, advertising pixels or third-party analytics. We keep a simple count of page views, of taps on our phone, email and WhatsApp links, and of enquiry forms sent. Each count records only the time, the kind of action and the page it happened on. It holds no name, no internet (IP) address, no cookie and nothing else that could identify you or your device. If any of this changes, this notice will be updated first.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to respond to you and to keep a proper record of our work. You can ask us to delete an enquiry at any time, and we will unless the law requires us to keep it.
Your rights
Under the Privacy Act 2020 you can ask to see the personal information we hold about you and ask us to correct it. Email inquiry@mirandaglobal.co.nz and we will respond. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner.
