Dr. Earl Masacayan

Atty. Earl Masacayan has over ten years of expertise in labour law and immigration law. At Miranda Global he specialises in providing comprehensive guidance on student mentoring and admissions, and in supporting clients' educational and career aspirations abroad, working alongside Janeca Miranda, under whose licence all New Zealand immigration advice is given.
He completed his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science at De La Salle University Manila and his Juris Doctor at the University of Santo Tomas. He also completed his Master of Laws and Doctor of Business Administration at Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila.
His practical and principled approach integrates a deep understanding of student admission and academic excellence to deliver solutions tailored to the unique challenges of international study and student placement.
Dr. Masacayan serves as Associate Dean of the Philippine Law School, where he leads curriculum initiatives and guides aspiring lawyers in their academic formation. He has taught at Philippine Law School, De La Salle Lipa, Philippine Christian University, and the Polytechnic University of the Philippines, covering both Juris Doctor and Master of Laws levels. In business education, he teaches from undergraduate to doctoral level at Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila and Emilio Aguinaldo College.
He speaks fluent English and Tagalog.
